19/06/2006, 10:02 AM Fletch Joined on 19/06/2006 Fakenham Posts 5 Thuggish behavoir in Fakenham I am just wondering is it just me that has noticed that it has become acceptable for people to stagger round the streets shouting, swearing , commiting various acts of assault and petty vandalism at all hours of the day or night. If you should dare to mention that this might be considered anti-social behaviour, you will be immediatly branded a kill joy, because all people are doing is having fun.  I put it to the general population of law abiding people of Fakenham, that drunken yobs acting in a threatening and abusive manner is not much fun for the majority.   Fletch    Report
