Plans for a caravan site have been revealed for a Norfolk village.
A developer has applied to change the use of a five-acre piece of land off The Common at South Creake, near Fakenham.
They say in a planning statement: "The proposal demonstrates a high standard of design in terms of layout, screening and landscaping ensuring minimal adverse impact on visual amenity and the historical and natural environmental qualities of the surrounding landscape and surroundings, and the site can be safely accessed from the principal highway the Common.

"The site will offer a small scale of tourist accommodation, being of limited to six touring caravans, and the site would play an important role in the local economy and help the viability of local tourist attractions."
The statement says there are a number of other sites in the area and the proposals "provide a wonderful opportunity to provide an additional area for tourism".
A decision is expected from West Norfolk council later this year.
