A Dereham specialist learning college will hold a fundraising day with famous stunt horses to purchase new musical instruments for its deaf-blind students.

The Dereham Resource Centre is run by the charity Sense, and caters to those with specialist learning needs.

The centre provides multi-sensory equipment, music therapy, horse riding, and much more.

The funding will allow students to enjoy music therapy, as their instruments are old and almost unusable.

The day will be held at World Horse Welfare on Saturday, October 14, from 10am to 4pm. There will be demonstrations from the Atkinson Action horses - who have starred in TV shows including Poldark, Peaky Blinders, and Victoria - as well as stands, a raffle, prizes, and the chance to look at the work of the centre.

Tickets are £25 and more information is available here.
