Acapella choir to feature as part of annual charity musical evening

A popular acapella choir will be visiting a Norfolk market town to take part in a special charity event.

Fakenham and District Rotary Club will be holding its annual charity musical evening at Fakenham Parish Church.

The concert will feature Cambridge Chord Company, an acapella and barber shop choir which has performed throughout Europe, with the aim of entertaining “through the unique power of the trained human voice”.

Cambridge Chords will be supported by traditional brass band, Fakenham Town Band.

The event takes place on Saturday, March 10, from 7.30pm.

All monies raised will enable The Rotary Club to continue to offer financial assistance to local and international charities.

Tickets are £10 each and include a glass of wine. They are available from Bailey Bird and Warren, Bridge Street, on 01328 864763, or Sweets ‘n’ Things, Market Place, on 01328 855172. They can also be purchases on the door.
