Firefighters were called out to a fire at a home in Fakenham in the early hours of this morning.

The incident in the kitchen of a property in Norwich Street started shortly before 3.30am.

Two fire crews from Fakenham attended the scene along with crews from Massingham and Holt.

Firefighters extinguished the fire using hose reel jets and hand appliances, and a positive pressure fan was used to disperse the smoke.

Crews were at the scene until about 5am.
