The countdown to Christmas has well and truly begun.

And with the packed-out opening night of the 2017 Thursford Christmas Spectacular taking place last week, we went behind the scenes and spoke to the actors, singers and dancers who are bringing a little bit of Christmas magic to Norfolk.

Thursford’s sold-out run ends on December 23, but if you’ve missed out on tickets, our backstage video will give you a glimpse behind the curtain into the festive fantasy-land that keeps audiences coming back, year after year.

The show features a cast of 130 professional performers and musicians, many from the West End, and the talented cast put on a 3-hour musical extravaganza for their audiences - who travel from across the country to see them dance, sing, and glide across the 140ft stage.

A festive feast for the eyes and ears, its sure to turn the most reluctant Scrooge into a Santa Claus.
