Horse rider airlifted to hospital after accident at Holkham Beach

A horse rider was flown to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital on Friday after a fall on Holkham Beach.

The East Anglian Air Ambulance Anglia One was sent to the beach and the patient - a man in his 60s - was treated before being airlifted. No further information has been released
