Police appeal after attempted burglary in Mattishall

Police are appealing for witnesses after thieves tried to get into a property in Mattishall.

The incident happened at an address on Rayners Way, off Dereham Road, some time between midday on Saturday, September 2 and 10.30am on Sunday, September 3.

Detectives are investigating it as an attempted burglary and are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the area between the times stated.

Witnesses should contact T/Detective Alex Gilmour at Thetford CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
