Motorists were warned to avoid part of the A148 following a three vehicle crash near Fakenham.

Emergency services were called after reports of the crash on the A148, close to Fakenham and Little Snoring, at about 6.45pm on Sunday (October 22).

No-one was injured during the crash which resulted in the Fakenham-bound side of the road being blocked while awaiting recovery of the vehicles.

Police said the crash was as a result of driver error although no offences were committed and “all involved were safe and well”.

Two of the three vehicles had been cleared by 7.30pm.

North Norfolk Police took to social media to warn motorists about the crash.

They tweeted: “3 veh RTC. A148 Fakenham to Little Snoring. Fak bound side of road blocked. Slow traffic. Please bear with us. Await recovery 30-60mins #696.”
