The draw was made for the semi-finals of the Norfolk Junior Cup last night, with four clubs now just one win away from a potential appearance at Carrow Road.

Wells Town, currently going well in Division Two of the Anglian Combination as they attempt to reclaim their senior status, have been handed a home tie against Yelverton, who are one place above them in the table.

In the other tie Runton United of the North East Norfolk League, who also reached the semi-finals last season, have been drawn at home to the students of the UEA, currently third in Anglian Combination Division Two.

In the Norfolk Primary Cup the two semi-finals are Castle Acre Swifts Reserves versus Hingham Athletic Reserves and Dereham Taverners or Longham versus Belton Reserves. Taverners have won the competition for the past two seasons.

The ties are all scheduled to be played on Saturday, March 4.
