The NR F1 Podcast – recorded in the county that gave the world Team Lotus, Martin Brundle and a training ground to the likes of Ayrton Senna and Mark Webber – brings you its 2017 Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix Preview.

It’s Europe time! Formula 1 returns home and the teams prepare for the Spanish Grand Prix with new bits, wings, pipes, upgrades and in some cases – a new car.

Edition 162 of The NR F1 Podcast previews round five of the 2017 F1 season in Barcelona, wonders how rogue Fernando Alonso will get at his home race in his fault McLaren and exactly what another Valtteri Bottas victory would do for the rest of the year at Mercedes and beyond.

From Team Lotus to Snetterton, Martin Brundle to the racing development of Ayrton Senna, Mark Webber, Johnny Herbert and more, Norfolk knows F1 – and wants to discuss it with you.

The pod’s recent activity also includes their review of the latest Formula 1 news, as well as reviewing the 2017 Russia Grand Prix and bringing you their predictions for the action in Barcelona.
