A theatre group is set to raise the curtain for the first restriction-free musical performance in four years.
Fakenham & District Light Operatic Society (FADLOS) is returning to hit a high note with its performance of Little Shop of Horrors in May, the first musical free of covid restriction since Chitty Chitty Bang Bang in 2019 between May 9 and 13 at the town’s community centre.
Scott Meacock, the FADLOS show director, said: “You won’t want to miss the horror and the humour of this amazing show, which is literally packed to the brim with unforgettable moments of the macabre and the comedic.
“The cast is literally raring to go.”
The show centres around nerdy, accident-prone florist Seymour Krelborn, played by Ryan Standing, who find his chance for success and romance after stumbling across a rather odd-looking plant, that will change his life forever.
‘Little Shop of Horrors’ is being presented daily at Fakenham Community Centre at 7.30pm.
Tickets, priced from £9.50, are on sale now and selling fast at http://www.ticketsource.co.uk/fadlos. Refreshments will be available.
