Three men have been charged with possessing cocaine worth almost £40,000.

Officers searched a property on Mervyn King Close in Fakenham on Thursday, August 17.

They seized a quantity of cocaine believed to have a street value of up to £39,000, as well as £10,000 cash and drug paraphernalia.

Three men were arrested on suspicion of supply of a Class A drug and taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning.

Edward Hadley, 27, of Mervyn King Close was charged with the supply of cocaine and possessing criminal property.

Wesley Woodford, 27, of no fixed address was charged with the supply of cocaine and possessing criminal property.

Liam Tooke, 28, of Wensum Way, Fakenham was charged with the supply of cocaine and possessing criminal property.

The three men appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court on Saturday, August 19 and were remanded in custody to appear at Norwich Crown Court on Monday, September 18.
