Christmas has come early for one lucky person who bought a lottery ticket in Norfolk.

Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, operator of The National Lottery, has confirmed that it has finally received a claim for the £185,147.10 EuroMillions prize.

The winning ticket matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star number and it was bought in North Norfolk for the EuroMillions draw on September 15 2023.

At the end of September, The National Lottery announced that they had not yet been contacted by the winner.

As with all major prizes, the claim will now go through the process of validation and checks.
