The business moving into the former home of Fakenham's Post Office has been revealed.

Premier Travel has been unveiled as the firm moving into Millers Walk, following weeks of speculation.

The branch is due to open its doors on December 6 - in the same unit fellow travel agent Thomas Cook was in before it closed and was taken over by a 'pop-up' Post Office branch.

Paul Waters, the new firm's managing director, said: "We are delighted to bring Premier Travel to Fakenham, a town with a unique charm and a community that values the same principles we hold dear.

"This expansion is a testament to our dedication to providing exceptional travel services and creating opportunities for talented individuals who share our passion for the industry."

The new shop will have four staff members, who have a combined travel industry experience of more than 70 years.

It means Premier Travel will have 27 branches including in Swaffham and Dereham.
