A Norfolk farm that has become a destination for families in recent years has unveiled plans for a mini golf course.

The Pumpkin House is at Brookhill Farm in Thursford, located off the A148 between Holt and Fakenham, and it is run by couple Victoria and Henry Cushing.

The pair have diversified with a whole host of activities, which includes a summer maize maze and its namesake Halloween event with a wooden house filled with jack-o'-lanterns.

The project has been part-funded by the UK government through the Rural England Prosperity Fund.

Mrs Cushing said: "The launch of our pop-up adventure golf course marks an exciting new addition to The Pumpkin House's family-friendly activities.

"Perfect for kids and families, it is a great way to get outside and enjoy the British countryside with some added competition!"

Also new for 2024 is an outdoor mud kitchen, water play and a builder's yard for young children.

Additionally, families can take part in traditional games, such as welly wanging, and refreshments include cakes, ice creams and coffees.
