The handover by the Lord Lieutenant of Norfolk, Sir Richard Jewson was due to take place on July 8, but he had another appointment, so it has now been rearranged for Monday, July 22.
The community group saved the dome at the disused airfield at RAF Langham, near Wells, and converted it into a popular visitor centre and museum.
