The staff of Papworth’s Butchers in Miller’s Walk, Fakenham were persuaded by breast cancer survivor and fundraiser Christine Rayner of Wells, to dress up in support of cancer charities.
“The wonderful staff of Papworth’s were quite happy to wear comical hats for the occasion, and Carl Anderton enthusiastically offered to model an outrageously decorated Xmas bra that I created especially for the day,” she said.
Collections for Breast Cancer Now and Cancer Research UK amounted to £90.69 in total.
Christine thanked shop manager John Johnson and all his staff for their support and goodwill in holding the event at such a busy time of year.
