Fakenham car thefts prompt warning

A spate of thefts from cars has sparked police in Fakenham to warn car drivers not to leave valuables on display in their cars.

Inspector Tony Toynton also said people should make sure to properly lock their cars, even if parked on driveways or left for just a few minutes.

Inspector Tony Toynton also said people should make sure to properly lock their cars, even if parked on driveways or left for just a few minutes.

He said that over the past few days there have been several incidents where property has been stolen from motor vehicles parked in streets, car parks and driveways.
