Archant

A Fakenham family is celebrating five generations after the arrival of a bouncing baby girl.

New mum Lauren Stickland-Duraj, 27, was a fifth-generation baby herself. She’s pictured here with (from left) Great-gran Jean Flint, 88, from Wells; gran Diana Allen, 67, from Fakenham; mum Sonia Stickland, 49, from Horsham St Faith and last but not least Alexa-Jean, five months, who weighed 7lbs 12oz.

Lauren is currently enjoying her maternity leave from her job teaching history at Aylsham high. She lives in Norwich, where her partner Ben Duraj runs the Trowel and Hammer pub.
