After many years of research, the Hindringham History Group have had their hard work rewarded with the publication of a book, Hindringham-Standing Out in North Norfolk.
After many years of research, the Hindringham History Group have had their hard work rewarded with the publication of a book, Hindringham-Standing Out in North Norfolk.
One of their members, Phil West, explained: “The hard-back book runs to over 190 pages and includes sections on agriculture, wartime, schooldays, plus an alphabetical index of names of the people mentioned in the book - a real bonus for the family historians.”
There is to be a village launch of the book on Sunday (Nov 1) in Hindringham Village Hall starting at 2pm, the actual launch at 3pm, with refreshments.
