A 28 year old man accused of a string of offences in Fakenham has been banned from the town until he appears at court.
Joseph Dixon from Rougham, is accused of assaulting a woman in the early hours of Monday before smashing a window to gain entry into the Eastern Daily Press office and subsequently throwing items including a computer and monitor out of an upstairs window into the street.
He will appear at King's Lynn Magistrates Court on August 4 charged with assault, criminal damage and burglary with intent to commit damage.
He has been released on police bail with conditions not to enter Fakenham unless by prearranged appointment.
