Vital training flights for Afghanistan-bound British and US jets prompted rising complaints throughout North Norfolk during the summer.

One incident in July caused particular annoyance in Fakenham when the town was used as a mock bombing target for two hours as two American F-15s from RAF Lakenheath circled at low altitude.

Officers from the base have agreed to answer questions from the public at the meeting in the Conference Hall at Fakenham High School and College, Wells Road, at 7.30pm on Tuesday, February 23.
