A motorcyclist has suffered serious head injuries in a road traffic collision.

Norfolk police are appealing for information about the incident which took place during the early hours of Saturday in Sculthorpe.

Norfolk police are appealing for information about the incident which took place during the early hours of Saturday in Sculthorpe.

At about 1.45am, a red Meitian motorcycle was travelling along the B1355 Fakenham Road towards North Creake when the rider fell from the motorcycle just after the junction with New Road.

The rider, an 18 year old local man, received serious head injuries.

PC Lee Smart, from Swaffham Road Policing, wants to hear from anyone who saw the incident or the manner of riding of the motorcycle before the incident.
