Police teams are targeting drivers in and around Wells as part of a multi-agency speed awareness campaign this week.
A week of speed checks and safety education by the Wells Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) and Norfolk's Safety Camera Partnership is due to run until Sunday.
The partnership has brought specialised equipment to the area including a police motorbike, speed awareness message boards and a mobile camera van.
Meanwhile, the Wells SNT will also be making additional speed gun patrols.
PCSO Becky Taylor said: “This is an ongoing issue and we often get complaints of this nature.
“We hope to not only enforce speeding restrictions but also to make people more aware of speed and safe driving. We hope that people will come and visit the van when they see it out and about and meet the teams and see how the equipment works.”
