Themed pop-up restaurant Patrick’s will be returning to Fakenham Market Place on August 10, returning to one of its most loved themes for the first time.
Liam O'Sullivan is the owner of the Gallery Bistro and will be hosting the pop-up once more. He said: "We've done plenty of themes before, like Mexican, Irish and American, but people enjoyed having produce from our area so much, we wanted to bring it back."
The event will bring together farmers and traders such as fishmonger Willie Weston in Blakeney. At the last event, Duncan Jeary's Briston farm supplied 8oz Aberdeen Angus beef steaks and Papworth's Butchers brought their Horseradish-braised lamb shanks to the table.
This will be the 12th pop-up, but the first to revisit a theme. Mr O'Sullivan said "It would be nice to have the producers attend if we do this theme again."
Tables can be reserved by calling 07940 044248.
