About 75 pupils from Sculthorpe Primary School and its partner school at West Raynham took part in a joint science day aimed at adding fun experiences to their regular lessons.
At Sculthorpe, seven to 11-year-olds from both schools enjoyed sensory-themed experiments, including creating computer-generated optical illusions and splitting light through prisms.
There were also blindfold taste tests - after which the students dyed their tongues blue so their classmates could study their taste buds through a magnifying glass.
