Hundreds of cyclists are set to pedal the annual charity ride at Sandringham.

Starting and finishing at Park House, the Leonard Cheshire hotel for the disabled at Sandringham, the popular Cycle Together Sandringham event includes all ages and abilities.

Crucially cyclists tackling the 150 mile route this Sunday should be back in plenty of time for the World Cup final, which kicks off at 4pm.

Phil Davies, local cyclist and organiser, said: “We can’t believe how lucky we will be with the weather this year, and hope to see lots of families as well as the regular lycra-clad cyclists out on the roads. The routes are well established using the quiet back roads from Sandringham towards the coast, before heading back to the football.”

Those riding 50 and 75 miles starts from 8am, with 10 and 25 mile riders from 9am. Entry fees go to supporting Park House. More details at leonardcheshire.org/cycletogether
