Schools pupils in Fakenham were transported to the solar system when they had a visit from an immersive inflatable planetarium.
The StarLincs Mobile Planetarium gave year two students at Fakenham Infant and Nursery School the opportunity to learn all about space on Wednesday, including watching a presentation on each of the planets in the solar system.
Teacher Steve Williams praised the StarLincs team and called the experience “visually stunning”.
He said: “It was a brilliant experience. They went through details of the planets and showed some stunning photographs that really excited the children, who are currently studying the solar system in their lessons.
“They all got really engaged and asked lots of questions, such as how hot is the sun and why can’t we look at it. One of the highlights was when the planetarium was darkened and we got to see all the stars and their constellations.”
