One fire crew from Fakenham attended the blaze on the A148 in Little Snoring, near Fakenham, just before 4am.
A spokesman for the Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was deliberately started.
The Norfolk Safety Camera Partnership has 19 fixed camera sites throughout the county.
