Trees in a mid Norfolk town were deliberately set alight last night in an arson attack.
Firefighters tackled the blaze on Fakenham's Highfield Road after being alerted by a member of the public just after 9pm on Sunday, July 7.
A spokesperson for Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the blaze was thought to have been "started deliberately".
Two fire engines from Fakenham fire station were sent to the scene, and the fire was out by 9.26pm.
Crews used hoses, a fire hydrant, and thermal imaging cameras to battle the flames.
