Wells beach set for a clean up
Wells beach is set for a thorough Spring clean thanks to the Marine Conservation Society.The organisation's annual beach clean event, in association with Coast magazine and sponsored by Joules clothing, comes to the Norfolk seaside town on Saturday, May 8 and they are looking for volunteers to spend a few hours litter picking and helping to improve the shoreline environment for people and wildlife.

The organisation's annual beach clean event, in association with Coast magazine and sponsored by Joules clothing, comes to the Norfolk seaside town on Saturday, May 8 and they are looking for volunteers to spend a few hours litter picking and helping to improve the shoreline environment for people and wildlife.
Any bags of rubbish collected will be weighed, data recorded and sent back to MCS for research.
It costs �15 per person, or �12 for under-12s and includes coffee, a two-course lunch, all equipment and a goodie bag.
