A 20-year-old woman was today flown by air ambulance to hospital after being kicked by a horse at a veterinary surgery.
A 20-year-old woman was yesterday flown by air ambulance to hospital after being kicked by a horse at a veterinary surgery in Fakenham.
The incident happened at lunchtime and paramedics initially assisted at the scene at 1.20pm before the East Anglian air ambulance was sent to the Wensum Valley veterinary surgery on the edge of the town's racecourse.
The woman, who has not been named, was treated at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
