WITH the weather cold and the short winter daylight hours, the Gallow Indoor Bowls Club has issued an invitation to experience their warm indoor bowling green, where you can enjoy meeting people and play social and competitive bowls.

Indoor bowls does not require exceptional strength or fitness, but can be enjoyed by all ages.
A beginners' class is run every Saturday morning 9.30-11.30am. The club has plenty of bowls and bowls shoes if needed, but if you have your own bring them along.
The first session will be free of charge and if you continue each session costs �2.
The Gallow club is in the sports centre at the Racecourse, Fakenham.
