Ryan, 21, was once City's youngest ever first team player and scored a super goal against Liverpool when the Caneries were in the Premiership.
But he has paid the price for failing to reproduce that sort of form on a regular basis and has spent much time in recent years out on loan.
Rossi, 20, had his moments under Peter Grant's managership but disappeared from view when Glenn Roeder took over.
