Carpet bowls triumph for quartet

CARPET BOWLS: At the ECBA annual English festival at Potters Leisure Resort, Hopton, the fours winners were Jenny and Norman Parnell of Fakenham and Kathy and Norman Shepherd from Docking who play for the East Barsham club.

CARPET BOWLS: At the ECBA annual English festival at Potters Leisure Resort, Hopton, the fours winners were Jenny and Norman Parnell of Fakenham and Kathy and Norman Shepherd from Docking who play for the East Barsham club. They beat a team from Durham in the final.

Sixty teams entered the festival from all over the country, also playing singles and doubles.
