Darts boost for charity

The Fakenham & District Darts League open mixed blind doubles raised £200 for the Rebecca's Wishes charity.

It was held at the Press Club and was won by Kerry and Rodney Thurgill.

It was held at the Press Club and was won by Kerry and Rodney Thurgill. Runners-up were Jenny Williamson and Peter Woodcock.

Tomorrow and January 22 the first round of the cup competitions will be played - Hedley Mitchell Cup: Townshend Star v Press B, Press A v Gressenhall, Bell v Holt SC, Bircham Club B v Bircham Club A; Orchard Caravan Cup: Fleece v Maltings A, Rugby Club v Cley Club, Star v Fox & Hounds, Maltings B v Snoring Club.
