Determination, commitment and skills shown by all teams in this competition was unbelievable.
The Fakenham Tigers were worthy winners and are off to London next to represent Norfolk in the regional finals.
They topped their group and needed to beat Grimston to become county champions. Amie Hutchison converted a penalty and Fakenham held on comfortably.
