Fakenham motorcycle racer Steve Topping is competing in the highly competitive minitwin class with the British Motorcycle Racing Club.
The first round of the Championship, at Snetterton, saw Topping have a good start to the season with top six finishes from a 35-strong field.
He is now looking forward to racing in front of a 60,000 strong crowd at Donington Park, which is hosting the British Round of the World Superbikes on May 12 and 13. The minitwin class will be a support race.
Topping is on a very tight budget to complete the season. He already has help from Nutsmoto of Wymondham with suspension set-up, and Track Electronics in Norwich, who prepared the engine.
