Adam Sinkins opened proceedings with a convincing 3-0 straight-games victory over Greg Huggins.
And there was more to follow with Michael Baron defeating Richard Cole 3-0, Ian Raisbury with another 3-0 victory against Nathan Hogg and Liam Brett winning 3-1 over Nigel Thompson.
Diss's only victory came from Peter Clarke who defeated Stephen Horn 3-2 in a final game decider.
