Caister 2, Hindringham 1
Hindringham were narrowly beaten at high-flying Caister in Anglian Combination Division One.
The visitors went at the home side and were rewarded when West closed the keeper down and he let the ball under his feet to give the Hindringham player a tap-in.
Hindringham held the lead until half-time, but three minutes into the second half the home side drew level.
Seven minutes later Broughton challenged the home keeper, who was injured and had to go to hospital.
When the game restarted it remained end to end, but Caister scored the decisive goal. Clipston cleared the ball for a throw-in, and with Hindringham slow to react the striker finished well.
Hindringham continued to work hard but could not get the equalising goal.

Hindringham introduced three substitutes early in the second half and Galvin extended the lead with a long range free-kick. The hosts had chances to increase their lead through Batchelor and Hutchison, but allowed Mundford two goals from set plays.
