Little Snoring Primary School is all set for the summer sporting fixtures after winning sports kit from Birds of Dereham. The school secretary, Mrs Gilbert, attended a schoolwear open day recently and entered the prize draw on behalf of the school. She said: “I was really surprised to win the draw. It is a great prize for the children at Little Snoring Primary School.” The prize is a full sports kit, printed with the school logo, consisting of shirts, socks, goalkeeper shirt and shorts and a football.

Ray Howe, of Birds of Dereham, visited the school to present the prize. The children changed into the new blue kit with the school logo, for a photo shoot.

Mrs Gilbert and the pupils thanked Mr Howe for the great prize. Years 4, 5 and 6 will be able to hold their heads high when they wear the smart kit for football and other sporting competitions.

In the picture, Class 2 pupils show off the prize kit with Ray Howe from Birds of Dereham and Mrs Gilbert, the school secretary.
