Hindringham 6, Caister 1
Hindringham finished their Anglian Combination Division One season with a fine victory over Caister with goals from six different players.
Hindringham played great football throughout the game, and created a number of chances.
Goals were scored by Jack Ainsley, Mark Betts, Gary Belton, Luke Goss, Kevin Whittred, with a first for the season from skipper David Coslett.
Hindringham FC’s annual meeting will be Wednesday, June 15 at Hindringham Junior School, everyone is welcome to come along and support the club.
Forced to play many games away from the start of the season while new club facilities were built, Hindringham flirted with relegation until a battling revival saw them to sixth-bottom with 34 points from their 28 games.
