Sunday sees the play-off finals of the inaugural Norfolk Softball League.
The Bears, Pony and Falcons will join the Norwich Ninjas for a day's play at Eaton Park, Norwich with the first pitch at mid-day.'
The day is the culmination of a full summer's play which saw the Bears run out winners of the
six-team, co-ed slow pitch league.
The majority of this year's players have been new to the game, but have quickly developed a high level of enthusiasm.
One of the unique elements of the game is that men and women play in the same team.

This creates a very social game that is still highly skilled and very competitive.
Recently the Fakenham Falcons team took to the road to represent Norfolk softball in the national championships in London.
Over the course of a full weekend, the group played 10 games against teams from around the UK in graded competition.
Ultimately the team ended with a highly respectable five and five record which was another firm indication of the progress made during the summer.
Plans are already well under way to develop the sport further.
A junior league is well established and the sport has excellent links with local schools.
