Fakenham Town U8 welcomed Michael Mellor, from their kit and rain jacket sponsors Specsavers, for the official handover of the new kit. The squad had a match on the main Clipbush Park pitch while the first team were warming up.
First team manager Wayne Anderson choose Archie Robb and Zak Kirby as men of the match, who were then mascots for the first team.
At half-time the U8s had a penalty competition on the main pitch. All the boys had a brilliant afternoon of football fun experiencing the pre-match atmosphere.
As a Chartered Standard Community Club with over 300 members from the area, from five-year-olds through to adults, Fakenham Town are always trying to improve their facilities and ensure
they offer the whole community the best possible experience of football.
This could not be achieved without the help and support from sponsors of the club like Specsavers. Everyone connected with U8 thanked them for their support this season.
