Racing legend Tony McCoy had to concede top billing on Friday to Fakenham darling Cool Roxy.
Alan Blackmore's popular charge, a 9/4 favourite, claimed the Countryside Alliance feature to surpass Prince Carlton as the most successful racehorse ever at the Norfolk track, with an 11th victory.
McCoy added two more winners to his growing collection, fresh from creating history after surpassing the 3,000 career landmark at Plumpton earlier this month.
Fakenham clerk of the course David Hunter presented the Irishman with an apple tree to commemorate the notable sporting feat after McCoy's opening success aboard Jonjo O'Neill's Forty Five (2/7f).
McCoy's Cunning Clarets (5/4f) won by 10 lengths in the finale for a short priced double.
The 13-time champion also bagged a trio of second-placed finishes but earned a stewards' warning over his use of the whip, after You Know Bridie (15/8f) was touched off behind Gouranga (3/1).
The next Fakenham meeting in tomorrow (Friday).
