The secrets of Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve will be revealed in an illustrated talk by Nigel Middleton - conservation officer for the Hawk and Owl Trust at Fakenham Garden Centre on April 16.
Mr Middleton will take the audience through how this magical site was developed into a nature reserve by the Hawk and Owl Trust and the wildlife to be found in its wide range of habitats.
The 45-minute talk will feature the many birds of prey to be found on the Reserve and include a superb film of the marsh harriers that breed in the reed beds.
Mr Middleton will also explain how the hard work put in by the staff and many volunteers to create more breeding habitats is constantly attracting new species such as otters and bitterns.
The admission price of �6.50 includes a buffet supper.
Tickets, which must be booked in advance, are available from Fakenham Garden Centre Coffee Shop or from Sculthorpe Moor Community Nature Reserve.
