Mr George is playing the role of billionaire Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks in next month's production of the musical, Annie, by the Fakenham and District Light Operatic Society.
While other actors may opt for a bald wig, Tony was having none of that and volunteered for the full-on head shave.
And getting to grips with the hair clippers during the hair-raid show was producer Jackie Overton, assisted by one of the two actresses playing the title role, Elenor Rix.

After the removal of his crowning glory Tony said: “When the rest of the cast saw me I got a bit of a wigging! I felt very cold too.”
The well-loved heart-warming show Annie opens at Fakenham Community Centre on May 12 and continues until the 16th.
