Beetley - Single detached dwelling and garage at Fakenham Road for Mr A Turner.

Dereham - Replacement of signage at The Old Eagle, 4 Market Place for Hammondlee Ltd.

Proposed swimming pool enclosure and conservatory at Watering Farm, Yaxham Road for Mr and Mrs Rowley.

Gressenhall - Alterations and extension to cottage at Camden Cottage, 2 The Green for Mr S Wood.

Yaxham - Change of use from agricultural to keeping horses/livestock, erection of stable block and store and other associated works at land off Cutthroat Lane for Mr G Wharton.

KING'S Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council has received the following planning applications.

Burnham Market - Construction of single-storey dwelling incorporating existing potting shed at land south of Hall Farm Cottage, Herrings Lane for Mr Paul Zuckerman.

Construction of dwelling at land west of Oakwood Cottage, Back Lane for Dr Michael Hall-Smith.
