Beeston - Retention and extension of the Ploughshare PH and alterations to the car park and three dwellings at The Street for Mr R Scammell.

Colkirk - Demolition of sun room and erection of single storey extension to the rear of The Old Star, Dereham Road for Mr and Mrs B Stenning.

Dereham - Proposed erection of two-bedroom bungalow at The Rowans, 125 Shipdham Road for Smith Brothers (Toftwood) Ltd.

One non-illuminated folded aluminium fascia with internal illuminated Boots lozenge and an internal illuminated projection cross at 35 Market Place for The Boots Company.

Replace existing incorrectly installed lean-to to the rear of Breckland Business Centre with a timber constructed lean-to at St Withburga Lane for Breckland District Council.

Shipdham - Demolition of car port and erection of conservatory and car port with lean-to roof to partly level flat-roofed extension at 4 Chapel Street for Mr Barry Tuttle.

Yaxham - Erection of shower and toilet block at Yaxham Waters Holiday Park, Dereham Road for THPD Properties Ltd.

King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council has received the following planning applications week ending November 21.

Brancaster - Construction of a two storey extension following the demolition of a garage and lean-to house roof at Thainstone House, 15 Anchorage Way for Mr S Rayner.

Extension to the rear and side of the existing bungalow at The Waftings, Common Lane, Brancaster Staithe for Prof G Craig.

Burnham Market - Construction of new garage and changing room at Mill Wood House, Herrings Lane for Mr Nieuwenhuys.

Choseley - Retention of the existing summerhouse at Ulula Cottage, Choseley Road for Mr D Bolton.

East Rudham - Replace the existing metal extraction flues with a brick enclosure and horizontal louvre at The Crown, The Green, for Flying Kiwi Inns.

Great Massingham - Erection of 12 affordable dwellings with associated new access road and external works on the land west of 11, 12 Charles Dewar Close for Freebridge Community Housing.
